Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jeff Vreeland website and the Managing Like Jesus course platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access to the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the course. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at jeff@jeffvreeland.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the course through your credentials.
3. Course Access and License
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
- Download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos, materials, or content.
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Use course content for commercial purposes or in your own training programs without written permission.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time as we improve the material.
4. Payment
The course is offered at a one-time fee displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email jeff@jeffvreeland.com with your purchase email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the comment or discussion features.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, written materials, worksheets, graphics, and the Jeff Vreeland name and logo — is the intellectual property of Jeff Vreeland and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific outcomes will result from completing the course. Course content reflects the author's personal views and experience and is not professional legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeff Vreeland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
